The location was excellent and the staff was very helpful. They even prepared a bus/train schedule for us. The rooms are clean and the hotel is just a few steps from the beach,bus stop and not to mention shops and restaurants. The breakfast from their restaurant was very good. We were so happy we plan on returning in 2 weeks to Mallorca and don't really want to stay anywhere else.

The beds and cushions were absolutely comfortable. The location literally 2min from the beach. Decoration of room, the size and balcony just above expectations. Not to mention the friendliness of try owner and special care we received during our entire stay. We ordered fresh fish and the taste was a dream. Certainly above 3 star hotel. Maybe a little fridge Anca kettle would be great but this is not major anyways .

Very nice small hotel. Great staff, Juan was very helpful, a great host! Would definitely stay there again. You can take beach gear for free for the day, the beach is 2 mins walk and also the guys at the hotel restaurant are very nice. Nice new room and modern bathroom too. Very clean, very cozy. Great location! Actually everything was great. There is no parking at the hotel but there is free parking 5 mins walk away. It is a bit loud over night as Paguera is very busy and it is situated in a busy street with a few bars and restaurants, but if you use air con for the night you close the windows anyway, so that's fine.

"3 Star hotel, 5 Star experience!"
We are a well travelled couple who like to stay in 5 star environments, and although this hotel lacks certain amenities, such as a pool, it certainly makes up for it with exceptional service and an incredible attention to detail. This is a family run business and nothing is too much trouble. They also have their own restaurant on site that serve incredible pizza and can cater to dietary requirements (gluten free). A real gem!

Amazing interaction with the personnel. They are ready to assist you with any request and you always feel like home. On the corner of the street, there is a restaurant, with a perfect breakfast and a 10% discount for the hotel guests - strongly recommended!
